About the flat
The flat is in an excellent city centre location. On the Royal Mile and just a 5 minute walk away from Waverley Station and walkable to almost everything in Edinburgh
It is surprisingly quiet, due to its high position, with great views of the Arthurs Seat, Calton Hill and the Old Town

The bedroom is equipped with plug and USB sockets by the bed, bedside tables with storage and dimmable bedside lights. There is currently a chest of drawers and we plan on adding an additional wardrobe/clothes rail if required.
The room has original features, including a fireplace (blocked up to prevent draughts) and window shutters to keep it cosy and quiet.
The bedroom also has a lockable door.

The ample kitchen has a built in fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, drinks fridge, window seat and full dining table.
The living room is large with a fully operational open fire and TV equipped with Netflix and Xbox.
The bathroom is modern with a rainfall shower and built in music system

All bills (council tax, electricity, gas, internet - high speed fibre broadband) are included.
We also have a regular cleaner (which is included) and permit parking is available from the council.

About me
I’m a 30 year old Plumbing and Heating Engineer from Scotland. I have lived here for almost 3 years with my partner (who owns the flat and is living away).
I like playing football, socialising with friends, open water swimming and watching sport.

What I am looking for
I work during the day Mon-Fri, so the flat would be suitable for someone who works from home as well as hybrid / someone who works out of the house.
I’m looking for someone who is similarly respectful and tidy, happy to have their own space but any shared interests/socialising would be a bonus.

Note - this is a top (fourth) floor tenement flat so be prepared for the stairs.
