I am searching for a full-time student to take over my tenancy for the second semester of this school year (The tenancy would begin at 22nd May and end in August 2024). The details of the accommodation include:
• Private room access, own kitchen ,reception will be available 24/7. very quiet places with beautiful view which behind the Calton hill .5mins walk to Calton hill.
• common area in the apartment complex (pictures attached)Our apartment always hold many activities，such as pizza day milktea also provided normally.

• Central and very convenient location. 10 minute walk from princess street ,train station , shopping mall-st James quarter, close to many shops (Tesco Sainsbury’s Chinese Market is like 8 mins up the street) and restaurants, 1 min. close to several bus stops.15mins take bus to Geroge square.

• £270/week (all utility bills included)through the official contract. If you really like this house and can cover the entire lease period as much as possible, we can negotiate the price!
