We are looking for a female flatmate for a 5 bed Marchmont flat. The room itself is spacious, and has a king-size bed and desk. 2 showers, 1 toilet. Very spacious living room. We need to find someone by latest the 8th of May, for a move in date of the 1st of June. Utilities are usually around £40 a month, including broadband. We live across from a local supermarket, and have 2 others in close proximity! We are looking for a student, ideally undergraduate who is in 3rd or 4th year. We have a friendly atmosphere and would love to find a flatmate who also enjoy a balance of socialising and having downtime. Our hobbies include music, cooking, films, reading, art, walks, travelling. If you're based in Edinburgh, we can arrange for you to come round and see the flat or, if not, do a call to get to know each other a bit better!
