- - About the room - -
This room benefits from a double bed, desk and wardrobe also with the additional shelves there’s again a good amount of storage available. The room is eastern facing and is one of the warmest in the flat with good double glazed window so if you want to be very well insulated it's perfect! It faces the garden as well so there is no worry about being disturbed by noise from the street.


- - The property - -
The flat is on south clerk street, a 15 minute walk to old town and a 1 minute walk to the meadows which is great with the lovely summer weather. There is a Sainsburys a few doors down and a Tescos and Lidl very nearby. Bus stop right outside the front door and great transport links into the city centre and beyond. The flat also has a big living room, an additional box room with a sofa bed. Toilet and shower room and an additional shower room in one of the bedrooms that everyone uses too. The kitchen has no seating in it but plenty of storage space and space for a couple of people to hang out. There is however a large dining table to eat at, and one in front of the tv. There is a big hallway with a skylight and also an untuned upright piano if you happen to be musically inclined. The flat has access to a small garden also which has furniture and nice vibes.

3 female flatmates all young professionals.
Alex (she/her)is a queer Australian barista who enjoys film photography, Doc martens and going for walkies.
Emma (she/her) works in an office and likes walkies more than Alex, nature, and painting.
Sarah (she/they) is a nurse who works full-time at the infirmary. She also likes charity shopping, queer nights out and cozy nights in. We also have a cat called Drippy who is a 1.5 year old bonus flatmate! He is very friendly and loves a snuggle. Occasional group dinners and baking are encouraged and we have the perfect cozy living room for hanging out for movie nights! We are a mix of veggie vegan and meat-eating so all welcome in that regard.

(Flat is short notice because one flatmate is having to leave Edinburgh last minute for job commitments.)
