Also, after 5 minutes walk, you can go for a walk along the river.
Rent: 236 pounds per week, including bill. Take the official contract to sublet.
Room tutor is reservable. Please contact me in advance. Since I am currently living in this room, my own stuff is still in the room, but it will be spotless when you move in.
