This room is only available from 2nd June, 2024 to 31st of July, 2024. (If you are looking for a longer-term rent, please don't message me.) You don't need to cover the whole period and can rent for certain days/weeks. Rent will be pro-rated.

I have an ensuite room at the University of Edinburgh Student Accommodation, located in the city center.

Location: City center, 15 min walk from Waverley Station, 2 min walk from the university main library, 5 min walk from major supermarkets on Nicholson Street, and 1 min walk from the closest bus stop. It is at the heart of the city.

Facilities: You will have your own bathroom in the bedroom and share a large kitchen with other flatmates. There are two fridges, two ovens, and a microwave in the kitchen. You can use the common room and laundry machines there. The bed is a standard single-sized. There is a desk, chair, large wardrobe, and bookshelves in the room.

This room is especially suitable for someone who is traveling to Edinburgh for a short-term stay.

The deposit is £150 and it will be released when you move out with everything in the room in good condition. Pets are not allowed.
