We have a room with a double bed available in a top floor flat for the 1st of August (625 p/m). Living room, kitchen space are shared spaces in the flat as well as a shared bathroom with an electric shower. The bedroom itself is equipped with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The flat is very homely with amenities including a rooftop terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, newly installed boiler, fridge and freezer as well as stocked kitchen supplies. Bills currently stand at about £35-£50 a month per person depending on the month. We would be looking for another student to move in until the end of the next university year (June 2025)

The area is very central and only a few minutes away from Princes Street, therefore it has amazing transport links to any of the local universities. There are lots of local shops nearby, with bigger supermarkets only a 15 minute bus journey away.

Currently the flat is occupied by 3 students (2 female 1 male), 2 medical students and 1 law student. We are friendly, sociable, and would prefer another flatmate of a similar age! We do not host any events and the flat is relatively quiet so good for studying but also we socialise in the kitchen often and do things as a flat.
