Room available near Carlton Hill in a cozy wee house. You'll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with me.

I work from home and I have a dog.

The house is in a central area with cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. It also has great transport links, making it easy to get around.

I'm looking for someone respectful, organised who love dogs and is happy to share a place with him as well.

Bills are not included. Normally around £200 - £250 Electricity and gas winter time, £210 WiFi and Council tax.

Potentially moving out in a couple of months, so you will have to either move out as well or make a new arrangement with the landlord.
