I have 1 room (4 bed classic ensuite, 200 cowgate, Edinburgh) to let for the upcoming academic year 2024-2025 (51 weeks). I am the current tenant and I am finding the replacement tenant. NOTE: only those who rent for the whole academic year are accepted.

The replacement tenant that I am looking for must be a student, since it is a student accommodation. But there is no any other specific requirement. It's a 4 bed classic ensuite with a shared kitchen, and thus you will have 3 flatmates.

The accommodation is very close to the central campus of the university of Edinburgh (8 minutes walk). All bills are included. See more info in the official website of the apartment (google "200 cowgate universal student living" and click on "4 bed classic en-suite")

Cost: 225 pounds per week + 250 pounds for deposit to the apartment (may vary according to the market rate. Please refer to the official website)
