I am letting out the spare room in my two bedroom flat in Polwarth.
I am a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, and am looking for another female graduate or mature student to share my home with. I am open to professionals, but responsibility for council tax would need to be negotiated.
The room comes with a double bed (I can leave bedding if needed), a wardrobe, dresser, and desk.
There is a spacious living room (with sofa-bed for guests) and adjoining galley kitchen. The living room and bedroom overlook the canal, perfect for people or wildlife watching. The shared garden is beautiful in spring and a sun-trap in summer.
Bills are not included, but average at about £70 a month for utilities and Wifi.
I travel a lot for research, so you would likely have the flat to yourself from time to time.
When in Edinburgh, I am on campus during the day, and like spend my evenings knitting in front of the TV or crafting to some chilled music.
