2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat. Kitchen and living room open plan. Large bathroom and huge storage room, ideal for keeping suitcases out the way. It’s on the 3rd floor so have a stunning view out the kitchen window.
The bedroom on offer is the largest out of the two. It has a stunning chandelier and a (non-functional) fireplace, making for a beautiful room. There is a cupboard and dressing table already in the room, but it could do with some more furniture if you have any (particularly a carpet). The bed is a double.
The flat has a shared garden downstairs though honestly I can’t remember the last time I was in it. I think there may be an option to pay to get a parking permit here too - if you need that I’ll need to find out more details as I’m not too sure how it works.
It is council tax band C (yay!) and bills usually come to about £70 a month each. (This does vary depending on gas and electricity but thats the average!)
Please note that there’s a small chance my agency will put up the rent price since we’ll be signing you onto a new lease. It’s very unlikely but please keep this in mind if the flat is already at the top end of your budget. I am flexible and willing to discuss a different split to rent if this worst case scenario wouldn’t work for you - but please let me know in advance. Above all, I value communication and cleanliness from a flatmate!
I’ve lived in this flat for about 9 months now and absolutely love it. It’s cozy and has enough space for me to keep my things. I am looking for a professional flatmate (or a student willing to pay council tax) who is clean and friendly. I’m at the office most days and out at various events in the evenings, but I do enjoy a good night in to chill and watch a movie / play a board game. I have exams around April and September so my main condition is that my new flatmate be willing to stay and rent out the flat until at least the end of October. This means I won’t be in a difficult spot of trying to find someone to move in while studying (like unfortunately I am right now).
The move in day is 1st May- but if you’re needing it from mid April I can speak to the agency to see if that’s possible.
Please get in touch if the details above work for you and you want to know more!
