I am looking for a fully matriculated UoE Postgraudate student not currently living in UoE student accommodation to take over my contract for a room in Bridge House (123 Fountainbridge, EH3 9QG - a super central location) from April 2026 (flexible starting date) to 28 August 2026 (extensions can be discussed with Unite Students).
The room is a recently-renovated, spacious, single room with a three-quarter bed, a long desk, a sink, and plenty of storing space.
You will be sharing a 6-room flat (but one room is empty - so you will live with only 4 other people!), with two bathrooms and a very large kitchen.
The rent is 890/month with bills and wifi included.
