I am looking for two people to live with and share rent and bills. Female/Non-binary persons preferred due to previous bad experiences with male flatmates. You are welcome to apply individually or as a duo.

You must be willing to do your fair share of household chores and respectful of the space I’ve called home for 5 years.
Apart from that I’m just looking for people who are kind and easy going.

The flat is located in the area of Merchiston. It is close to the 10,27, 38 and 45 bus routes and just a 10 min walk from Holy Corner (Bruntsfield and Morningside) and a 30min walk from Haymarket station.

We are fortunate to have access to a shared garden as well as a garage and off street parking.

The flat is in council tax band F.
