I’m looking for a flatmate to take a spare room in my 2-bed flat in Dalry, Edinburgh. The flat is modern, clean, and positioned in a great city centre location. It’s only a 5 minute walk to Haymarket and a 15 minute walk to Princes Street. The room has a double bed and suitable wardrobe space.

I’m a Surveyor in Edinburgh and work 5 days a week in the office. I’m friendly, easy going and like to keep the flat clean. I find myself often out of the flat, either being at work or out playing sport in the evenings. I’m addicted to Golf and Padel Tennis so always up for a game and I enjoy getting out on runs when I can.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is also easy going and who would keep the flat clean.
