Looking for a student or professional (+180 for council tax) to move into our 5 student person flat on South Clerk Street from 7th July. Rent is £715 + bills (~£35). OR July to end of August for short term (guarantor still required).
We’re looking for someone who has a UK guarantor and can sign the contract by MONDAY 29th JUNE! Ideally we would like to find someone by today (Thursday 25th). We’ve had a potential flatmate fall through hence the urgency to find someone new.

The flat has a kitchen, separate living room, shower and separate toilet. The room has a lovely room that Arthur’s seat. You’ll be living with 4 other girls (2x PhD, 1x masters, 1x undergrad), we’re all social and have flat dinners all the time :))
