Hi,

I'm looking for a flatmate to take this ground floor double room with bathroom (all yours since mine's in the ensuite bedroom), located in a stunning flat 5min away from Haymarket. The flat is very spacious, and has an outdoor patio ideal for barbecue/morning coffee/whatever else. The room itself is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and optionally - desk.

The monthly rent is £875 plus bills (roughly £200 including internet - tax band E).

I'm working full-time, but happy for both students and professionals to apply!
