This room is facing West and on a quiet street that is 5 minutes from the meadows. 10 minutes to the Main Library of the University of Edinburgh.

Big closet, desk and double bed included. There is a fireplace in the room and also one in the living room. The living room is very big and has three big windows so there is a lot of light. Bathroom is shared with one other person.

There is a TV in the living room and cutlery, kettle, microwave in the Kitchen is included.

Both the two other flatmates are students at the University of Edinburgh and studying humanities subjects.

I am letting go of this room because of personal reasons( I want to get a pet is one of them), and this kind of room is genuinely very hard to find at this time of the year.

Boys and girls both welcome but note that the bathroom is shared with M.

There is a large communal garden that you will have access to also.
