Beautiful large room available in a lovely family home in Newington, beside Holyrood Park and within easy walking distance of the university and city centre.

It’s a family home including my 5 year old son so this would suit someone looking for a friendly and respectful home environment rather than a party flatshare.

The bedroom is fully furnished with king size bed with views over Salisbury Crags and Arthurs Seat. I’m ideally looking for someone considerate, easy going and tidy who would be interested in staying mid to long term.

Please note the living room is not shared so it would best suit someone fairly independent who enjoys their own space and a relaxed home environment. Always happy for a chat too.

Rent is £750 per month plus a contribution of £150-£200 per month towards bills to be discussed.
