My flat is very central and yet it's on a quiet street. the room is fully equipped but a bit small, best for shorter periods. It has its own entry through the garden or also though the main flat. Kitchen and living room shared. The room has its own ensuite bathroom.

I have two wifis, one for upstairs and one for downstairs but signal is not as strong downstairs and sometimes it's hard to have zoom meetings or live video downstairs. If this is important for you I don't recommend you rent this room. You are welcome to use it upstairs when needed though.

I'm not desperate to rent so I'd rather wait until I find someone compatible with my lifestyle to rent.
