Hello!! I’m Johnny, a postgrad student at Edinburgh Uni looking for a flat mate in a spacious 2 bed-flat on New Arthur Place (EH8 9TH). My current flat mate is moving out to live with her friend so there’s a lovely bedroom available from November 14th onwards.

Due to council tax purposes, it would be easier if you were a student, however if you’re happy to pay council tax that would be chill too. The flat is fully furnished with the all-important dishwasher of course. There is a storage room in the flat and you will also have access to a large shared drying room too.

The flat is located just off the Pleasance, a 5 minute walk to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is about a 10 minute walk to Waverley and Princes Street!

I’m a little too old for house parties and value the flat being clean and tidy. I’m a non-smoker and any potential flat mate will be too.
