Hello, my name is Maëlle. I am 23 years old and I am a French osteopath (similar to a physio). I work in three different clinics across Edinburgh, so I am mostly at home in the evenings and on weekends.
The flat is very nicely located in the heart of Tollcross, a 10-minute walk to Old Town and a 15-minute walk to New Town. Our rental agency is Littlejohn, and they are very nice and helpful.
The rent is £850 if you choose the big room or £800 for the small room. Bills are around £50 per person. Council tax is Band B, so only £70 per month, which is very good for the area.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who loves hiking and would like to explore the Highlands on weekends. I also like to socialise, invite people over for meals at home, go dancing, and watch a good film on Sunday evenings.
I am looking for someone who shares my feminist values and is LGBTQ+ friendly and environmentally conscious.
