This is our beautiful 5 bed flat located in the EH7 area at the top of Leith Walk, Edinburgh. We are looking to fill 2 of the bedrooms as of June 1st to any students. The flat has free parking and two bus stops outside and is a short 15 minute walk to Edinburgh University Central campus. Both rooms looking to rent out are furnished with king size beds, desk and chair, wardrobe, and side tables. There are 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet too. The kitchen is open plan to a living room space which is great for socialising which we love!
