My name is Tim. I've lived in Edinburgh for about two years, after having moved here from the south of England to be with my ten-year-old son. He stays over in my room for about one weekend every two weeks, but sometimes more, especially in school holidays.

We're both very into films, TV, music and video games, all of which we play at sensible volumes. We have a TV, DVD and gaming set up in the lounge, which you'd be welcome to use, and we have another in my bedroom, so as not to monopolise the communal space.

For work, I do Maths, Science and English tutoring; deliver counseling; sell things on eBay; and a few other things.

I'm fairly sociable and funny, but can also be quiet and introverted at times. I relate well to most people, so if you've read this far, I'm sure we'll get along fine.
