I’m looking for someone to take over my friend's tenancy starting from latest by the 1st of May until the end of August (with a possibility of lease extension).
The room is located in Pleasance and is within a 10-min walk from the main UoE campus, 3-min walk to the Pleasance gym, and 2-min walk to the nearest Tesco.
The rent is £670 pcm (bills and utilities included). The room comes with a private fridge and a big double bed. The toilet and the kitchen are shared with two other flatmates who are students of the UoE.
