Hi! I’m Becky and I’m searching for a roommate to move in on the 1st of March at this lovely flat.

The flat features a spacious double bedroom with ample storage, a modern bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen with essential appliances. The living area is light and airy, offering plenty of space for relaxing or working from home if applicable . This flat is a five minute walk away from Waverley Station and very central to the town Center. This room overlooks our patio and is very quiet and cosy!

I’m a very outgoing , sociable person, but I also respect peoples space. :)

Council tax is £131 per month but might be subject to change as I’m currently receiving a discount . (BAND D )
Gas and electric is on average £38 each per month.
