A spacious double room is soon available in our lovely, fully furnished flat on Broughton Street. This is a 12 month sublet available from 5th June.

You’ll be sharing with an easygoing couple. I (James) work as a doctor in Fife. My partner, Rach works as a creative content manager at the British Heart Foundation.

We’re friendly, tidy and considerate people who love live music, great food, and exploring Scotland in our campervan.

We enjoy meeting friends for drinks or gigs but also really value our downtime. We make sure the flat is a super relaxed, cosy and peaceful place to be… as well as clean and tidy.

THE FLAT
The flat itself is super spacious and beautifully fitted out.

It features an oversized living and entertaining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a lovely bathroom with a huge big bath.

Your double room is very well sized, offering plenty of space to make it your own. Lovely huge window, lots of cupboard space and a large office desk and chair.

We also have a third spare bedroom perfect for hosting guests.

THE AREA

We’re right in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, surrounded by fantastic pubs, restaurants, and shops, with Waverley Station a very short walk away and a tram stop at the top of the road.

OUR NEW FLATMATE
We’re hoping to live with a like-minded flatmate who’s tidy, easygoing, and enjoys their own space, but is happy to share a glass of wine or a chat now and then.
RENT AND BILLS
Rent for the property is £850 per calendar month.

Bills are set at a flat £150 per month and include gas, electricity, council tax, internet, and water.

Deposit: £500 security deposit plus the first month’s rent.
