Hi! I'm looking for a lodger to share with me (Beth) and my partner (Frazer) in our 2-bed flat in Newington, close to the Commonwealth pool, Arthur's seat and the Meadows.

We also have a very friendly cat called Charlie! We have a large shared living room, which is sunny and great for working, and a separate kitchen and shared downstairs garden. We're both medical students in later years of training, so would be keen to have a chilled and calm environment and clean living spaces. When at home we are often cooking, chilling or studying, and value our own space when in the flat, though it's also nice to be able to socialise with flatmates too!

It would be lovely to have someone who shares some of our hobbies / could become a friend over time. We are ideally keen for someone who would like to stay in the longer term (a year or two if possible and we work well living together).
Happy to chat to anyone who is interested if you feel we'd work well together as flatmates!

Council tax is band D and there is no parking permit available, although there is free parking a 10 minute walk away.
