Hey everyone!
My flatmate has decided to move out and this means his room is available starting on the 15th August.
A little bit about the flat, it’s in a pretty prime location situated about a 15 minutes’ walk to Princess Street and a 25 minutes’ walk to Leith (Montgomery Street). It’s a 2-bedroom flat (3rd Floor) and the room in particular that my flatmate is leaving behind is a double bedroom with an en-suite (No Toilet unfortunately). The Toilet is shared and it’s in the other bathroom (Which is my bathroom but it’s not an en-suite for me). There is also pretty fast internet (500mbps) so you can work from home no problem! It also comes with all the basic amenities (Dishwasher, Oven, Gas Hobs, Fridge, Washing Machine).
A little bit about me, I work in cyber security and have been in Edinburgh for about five years and am a very neat and clean person. Ideally looking for a professional like me (For Council Tax which is Band C) and someone interested in long term. The monthly rental is 725 for the room and not including the bills but you can ping me and I can give you an estimate of what we have been paying each month in total for bills. There will also be a deposit that is required of 750 each which will be entered into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme by the agency. The Letting Agency will be reviewing all the information given by you as this will be a joint tenancy.
Please let me know if you’re interested in it with a message and I’ll try to reach out to you!
