Hi! I’m a 26-year-old undergraduate student going into my final-year studying Music at the University of Edinburgh.

I am looking for a friendly (ideally) female flatmate to move into a lovely and bright two-bedroom flat in Buccleuch Terrace, North Newington, right next to the Meadows and George Square. The flat is in a great central location with excellent transport links, and is very energy efficient so bills are low (around £50). It is on the fourth floor.

Rent is £700 per month.

Storage: chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, optional desk, room for underbed storage.

Washer dryer and fridge are behind and built in cabinet

The property is in Council Tax Band B but ideally looking for student. I’m looking for someone kind, considerate, and easy-going to share with. I’d like to live with someone who is respectful of shared space and enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment and helps clean the flat regularly!

Ideally a student (council tax) such as a postgrad as I am a bit older or young professional (around 23–30) at a similar life stage.
