The Mont is a private student accommodation, located just a 10-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh, although it hosts students from all universities of the city. You can find more information about it on their website and on social media platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.

I am looking for a student to take over my contract, which was originally 1 year long. Nevertheless, if you would like a contract extension, the iQ team will be happy to work things out for you. I would also like to mention that the kitchen lounge is being shared amongst 6 flatmates in total, who are very friendly, clean and respectful to one another, keeping the space spotless and welcoming.
