The rent is £895 per month, all bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, broadband).
Please note: it is a private room in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is shared with only two people (a couple). The kitchen and the bathroom is shared. There are also two lovely Bengal cats, 9 months old, but they will not be going inside your private room.
