I am looking for a female postgraduate student to take over my room in a 5-bedroom flat in Newington, shared with 4 friendly female students.

The flat is located in central Newington area, only 5-minute walk to George Square Campus and Meadows. The room is available from January, and the tenancy is valid until August 28th, 2026 (with the possibility to renew for next year). Rent is about £220/week.

The bedroom is on the ground floor, with a small double bed, a private sink and plenty of storage space. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared among flatmates. The flat provides a dishwasher and a washing machine.
