Flat is super close to Margiotta, Sainsburys and lots of cafes are a 5 minute walk away. Pretty much on the doorstep of the meadows and Bruntsfield Links so its a really ideal place to live :)
Also a 5/10 min walk away form George Square. Good bus access to Napier and Heriott Watt too - two of the flatmates currently go to these Uni's.

youll be sharing with 3 other girls, all of whom are nice to live with. They are always up for a yap in the kitchen or a dinner and film night, but they all respect others private space :)
