Double bedroom in six bed flat.
We've got one furnished room becoming available in our six bed flat. We're a mixed bunch of students and professionals aged 28-40. You'd be required to pay council tax.
We enjoy socialising, the occasional parties and some of us are smokers but kept to our private spaces. We recycle, clean with a rota system and have two bathrooms. Unfortunately we don't have a living room but we've got a beautiful kitchen and huge shared garden.

The landlord registration number is 08239/230/20240. Private landlord.
Room available March 1st
£630 for the room(subject to change with a new lease). Deposit £600. Council tax, internet, Gas and electric is usually no more than £100pm but seasonally can change.
