I'm subletting my room from June/July until the end of August/beginning of September in a really lovely all-girls flat in Tollcross, right in the heart of Edinburgh! The flat is tucked away on a side street just off Lothian Road, with loads of great cafés, pubs and shops nearby, and just a short walk from the Meadows and city centre. It's ideal for the summer and especially for the Fringe!🌞

The room itself is nicely sized, catches a lot of natural light and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk. The flat is quite spacious with high-ceilings, a shared kitchen, a bathroom, additional toilet and access to a huge shared garden.

Rent is £600 per month including all bills. The room is available from the 9th of June onwards.

The girls are super lovely and chill, and it's a really calm, friendly atmosphere - I found the flat through spare room myself and have really enjoyed living her with the girls and am looking forward to coming back in September!😊

We're looking for a like-minded person, ideally female in their early/mid 20s. Happy to answer any questions, arrange a video call or an in-person viewing! :)
