The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with plenty of storage and has everything you need, including a 50" smart TV, with plenty of movies, TV series to choose from, with IKEA corner sofa in the living room too. The flat is located in a very beautiful and quiet part or Broughton area.

The flat has a COMBI boiler, gas central heating, a NEWLY installed bathroom with a shower over bath, 2 large cupboard storage spaces, and a huge shared garden.
