The flat features two large communal rooms - living room with two sofas and kitchen with big dining table, breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine/drier. Great views overlooking Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows. Shared bathroom with bath and shower.

Looking for a flatmate who is tidy and relaxed. My schedule is quite variable but it’s always nice to have a catch-up when we’re both in.

I didn’t have a great experience with a previous flatmate who was living that work-from-home life, so I’d prefer to share with someone who works in-situ, if possible.

Typical monthly bills come to ~£180 each., (including Council tax - band E).
