I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my lovely flat near Harrison Park and the Union Canal. The flat is currently occupied only by me (my current flatmate is moving out soon). I’m looking for someone who is vegetarian or vegan — this is non-negotiable.

The available room is en-suite, giving you your own private bathroom.
The kitchen is strictly vegetarian.
The flat is quiet, well maintained, and has been my home for seven years. I value silence, cleanliness, tidiness and mutual respect.
The area is peaceful and residential, ideal for walking and cycling along the canal.
There are excellent transport links with several nearby bus stops.

About you:
Female, vegetarian or vegan.
A young professional (for council tax purposes).
Someone who goes out to work regularly (no working from home).
No couples.
No pets.
