New Flatmate
The flat is generally calm, tidy, and relaxed. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces, and who’s happy to communicate if anything comes up. This isn’t a party flat, but it’s not overly strict either, friends are welcome for a drink, socialising, or watching sport, as long as everyone’s respectful and considerate. Ideally, you’re someone who values a comfortable home environment and is happy with a friendly but fairly independent living setup.

About me
I’m a student at Napier University and currently juggling uni alongside a couple of jobs, so my schedule can be a bit hectic and irregular. Because of that, this setup is probably better suited to someone who’s fairly flexible rather than strictly 9–5, unless you’re comfortable with a bit of variation in day to day routines. I’m easygoing and respectful of shared space and looking for someone similar.
