A nice and cozy room on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom (which means that every tenant has a separate bathroom!). The flat also has a cozy kitchen and a spacious shared living room with nice wooden furniture.
The flatmate (me!) is a calm, tidy, and friendly PhD student who values personal space.
The rent is currently 712.5 not including the bills. The bills are usually around 50-60 per person (including high-speed internet) + council tax (which I am happy to pay 50/50)
The agency would like a fully employed tenant with a minimum yearly income of 21 000.
