Our lovely flatmate is moving out so we're looking for someone to fill their double room.

The flat is located in Bruntsfield and you'd be living with two queer women, 27y/o and 30y/o, both professionals. We share some groceries, enjoy a chat while cooking, and occasionally have flat meals.

Typical tenement flat on second floor with decent sized kitchen, no living room, single glazing, shared garden. Quiet side street near the big Tesco and lots of bus routes, the bedroom has a garden view.

Rent is 553pcm + Council Tax (Band E) + bills.
