Hello, I'm subleting my beautiful room for 3months and a half, available from May 16th to August 29th. It is a sunny and furnished room with view on our garden, with plenty of space for clothes, a nice bathroom just next door, a fully equiped beautiful kitchen and a cosy living room. The flatmate that will be staying with you is a warm and fun 23 year old student studying Literature, who will welcome you arms open. She would love to share with another women, preferably between 20 and 30. We also have a tuned piano, and a garden with a barbecue. Our flat is located 10 mins from Haymarket and also 10 mins from Lothian road.
No council tax needed to be paid.
