Hi all, I am moving out of my current flatshare (for a placement out of country) so hoping to find preferably a student to replace me (to avoid the flat paying council tax with the current flat setup). Large bedroom, double bed (fully furnished), shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room (2 other people). Nice area and just down the road to the a big Sainsburys on Inglis Green Rd. Close to bus routes for Heriot Watt, Napier, and Edinburgh center.

£566.67 a month (£530 deposit) + ~£80 for bills.

Move in would be for June but if everything goes smoothly then can start to move in around end of May.
