I'm moving in with a friend as of August 1st and I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my bright and airy room!

This roomy flat is situated in the heart of Morningside close to many amenities as well as excellent transport links to the city centre and other parts of town. The shared spaces include a large lobby, one bathroom and a large kitchen/ living area with ample storage spaces around the flat including a windowless box room. We have access to a small shared garden and you would also not be far away from the Meadows for sunnier days as well!

The room itself will come with:
- a double bed
- a large built-in wardrobe and storage unit
- a desk with an office chair
- a bedside unit
- an armchair with foot rest

It's a peaceful space that is south-facing so gets a lot of light. We're just slightly off the main road too and I don't find there to be much noise from the street at all.

The remaining flatmates are two 30-year-old women. One is a scientist, currently undertaking a PhD, who spends their time out of studies skilfully doing multiple crafts. My other flatmate works for a charity and she is a huge theatre enthusiast. Both are lovely. Something to note is that you would be sharing with someone who is deaf and we are looking for someone who will be mindful of that (no knowledge of BSL necessary though as my flat mate lip reads).

In terms of the viewing process, I will have this ad open for more than a week so that those without early bird access can enquire about the room too. I can do remote viewings over the next few days and then I'll be on holiday over the beginning of July - apologies in advance for the longer response times!
