We are a British retired professional couple from South Asia. Children are grown up and moved out leaving the rooms empty. Wish to rent out the spacious Double room to a professional who can keep the premises tidy clean and hygienic. Secure Parking facilities are there for an additional fee. Short term considered but terms may be changed.

Since we have our own Bath the main toilet is generally used by the two borders. Out of three currently single room is occupied by a 25 year old health professional.

Apartment is located in Slateford road in a beautiful quiet location. Excellent transportation to the city and only 15 minutes bus ride or in a walkable distance. Harriot Watt and University Edinburgh takes similar timing by bus. Walking distance to Napier University. Haymarket Railway station is very near therefore easy option to long distance travel via Haymarket avoiding city traffic by bus or train.

Tram station is just 10 mint walking distance and easy and cheaper access to the Edinburgh airport. The Slateford Railway station also 10 minutes walk.

Gorgie road is adjacent making 2 minutes walking access to multicultural spice shops and food stalls. Aldi Sainsbury Lidle and other leading super markets are within 5 minutes walk except ASDA 10 minites.

For Muslims, three Jumma mosques are around the  corner. For recreational activities plenty of facilities in the neighbourhood. Beautiful Saughton Garden, Fountain Park Entertainments, gymnasiums and the Balgreen library are a few of them. 

A friendly sociable person would be suitable for our home.
