We are renting this room by the week for the month of August 2026. This is ideal for anyone coming to the festival.
It is a 4 bedroom family bungalow with a garden where our dog Luna is much of the time. The available bedroom is a double with a desk and drawers, shelves & clothes rack. The bathroom would be shared with one other person. There is also a separate toilet. We have a large kitchen & hallway seating area which would be shared. I ask that the pots, dishes etc be cleaned after use.
We have a cleaner once a week for the rest of the house.
Both my son and I currently work from home and have a relatively quiet life. You need to be good with dogs.
There are 4 days in August when I will be holding a small group course from the house , so the kitchen would have limited access between 9.00am-3pm on those days which I would let you know about well ahead of time. Access would be required to the toilets/bathroom on those days.
Council tax and WiFi are included. We will include most electricity/gas costs. We have a smart meter and know how much we use. If you are in the house alot and requiring more heating, or having especially long showers, do lots of laundry etc at the end of the month there maybe a small surcharge. You will be able to see that from the meter too.
We are a 3min walk from the regular 44 bus route, which is about 15/20 min ride to centre of town. We also have free parking in the streets round about the house.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks
Tammy
