I have a double bedroom available in my fully furnished flat that I own in Slateford, available around late February (some flexibility). The rent is £720 pcm with a £720 deposit. Bills consist of heating and internet. The flat would be shared just with me (my girlfriend, who also studies in Edinburgh, often visits).

The flat was previously rented as a three-bed without a living room, but we’ve decided to convert one of the rooms into a proper living room, so it will be a two-bed flat with shared living space. This will hopefully be completed before move-in, but the bedroom is ready to move in to.

It’s a very secure gated modern development in Slateford with on-site parking, a large Lidl right next door, a train station a few minutes’ walk away, and direct bus routes to the city centre and all universities. The room is a double with desk, and the flat has a bathroom and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine.

I’m a non-smoking engineering student, work part-time at Tesco, and I’m fairly tidy, quiet and into sport. I’m looking for another student only. No pets. This is a private landlord, and as it’s student-only there’s no council tax.
