Bright Double Room in Polwarth, Edinburgh (June–August Let)

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat in Polwarth for the summer, available immediately through to the end of August (we can be flexible with move-in date).

The flat is in a great location - quiet, green, and well-connected, with easy access to the city centre. It’s close by to the canal and within walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh.

My two female flatmates are both Postgraduate students who are friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with, and keep the flat a calm, welcoming space. It’s a nice balance of being sociable while also respecting each other’s routines and privacy.

The room itself is a spacious double, fully furnished, with plenty of natural light. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe that is great for storage!

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and easygoing who will fit in well with the relaxed and positive vibe of the flat. Another postgraduate student would be ideal, but we would also be open to a professional if they would be willing to cover the majority/all of the council tax bill (band D). Wifi and bills are not included in the rent price, but usually come to around £60 each per month.
