Looking for a friendly female aged between 25–37 to stay in my flat in Colinton Mains. The room is available now until the 6th December (flexible on dates).

I’m 29 and work in procurement, and I’m hoping to find someone friendly who will look after the place as I often work away.

The room is a comfortable double bedroom with a desk and shelves, as well as a double ottoman bed with lots of handy storage. The flat also has an allocated parking space on the driveway for each of us, a private garden and also a shared washing line.

The rent is £800 for the month, with all bills included.

The location is really convenient for getting around, with a bus stop at the end of the road. The 4 and 27 go into the city centre, while the 18 goes to the airport. There’s also a Tesco and Aldi around a 5 minute walk away and Morrisons is about a 5 minute drive.

I’m hoping to find someone easy-going and considerate who will treat the flat as their own and keep everything in good order.
