I’m looking for someone to take over my flat mates room from the 1st of March.

Double room in a 2 bed flat. Slateford Road - Walking distance to haymarket and murrayfield.

£737.50/month plus utilities (approx £60-80/month inc. WiFi), and council tax (band D).

Currently 1 female flat mate - I’m a 22 year old Physiotherapist, working full time in sport so I work unsociable hours. I am a chatty and laid back flat mate, happy for you to have friends/partners over as often as you like as long as you and they are respectful.
I am quiet and keep to myself, but always up for a chat in our shared spaces! I won’t be a loud flat mate, or have large groups/parties etc but I am not bothered if you like to do this. I am clean and tidy, ideally I would like someone who will keep the communal spaces relatively clean and tidy too please.
